We quote prices both based on C/F (includes cost and freight) & FOB (freight on board). We also update the price list on yearly basis and forward the same to our valuable customers whenever they requires.

We accept Wire Transfer, Swift Transfer i.e. Bank Transfer. We mostly accept order on Advance Payment however we also accept Letter of Credit, C.A.D and D.A Payment Terms. Freight and shipping charges will be added unless otherwise stated. All goods remain property of Surgimax Group Of companies until paid in full.


All standard items in-stock are shipped immediately upon receipt of confirmation of Payment in our bank, however custom-made orders do take time as per volume and size of order. All Orders can be made through ‘By Air, By Sea, DHL, UPS etc and by Air POST Registered Mail.

Claims / defects in instruments:

Every effort has been made to pack your order with great care, please inspect the merchandise thoroughly for any loss or damage immediately on receipt and file claim if exist. Concealed loss or damage must be reported within 5 working days upon receipt.


We 100% take guarantee of all products made in our factory and will replace any items which are in some way defective in craftsmanship or materials. The company will repair or provide new instruments according to situation with no extra charges. You may return it within 30 days of receiving it in its original packaging and condition for replacement.
