Research and Development
To be innovative and keeping ourselves under leading instruments manufacturing companies, Surgimax has set out an R&D division, where we design, make amendments and physically test our instruments by qualified professionals before giving approval for large scale manufacturing. We are very experienced to make special instruments as per customer specification which is always an exciting aspect while sharing our knowledge with our valued customers for making the right product. Our R&D division has greatly helped us to bring more sophisticated instruments for general, neuro, ent, orthopaedic and dental surgery which we update on yearly basis in our general product catalogues.
Materials
We manufacture all our products from martensitic stainless steel types (AISI 410, 420, 440) which are the highest quality medical stainless steel available. Our produced instruments can be autoclaved and reprocessed for many times while attaining same level of quality in performance and surface of the instrument, since we do have a strict quality checks on materials used before processing. We intend to provide highest quality instruments and ensure that qualified materials have been used while manufacturing and are not harmful for patients.
